Who we are

We’ve driven sustainability initiatives inside companies large and small, feeling the incredible fulfillment of work that improves planetary health. We’ve also suffered from burnout, struggled on teams that couldn’t quite reach their potential, and sat through one-off leadership programs that provided temporary relief rather than lasting transformation.

That’s why we’re devoted to helping you get your sustainability leadership right: to cultivate calm and peace in your work, recognize and work with the systems you’re part of, and let Nature’s wisdom inspire and teach you.
