Listen to nature for answers

Take your problems out into nature, and notice how they change.

Yesterday we walked for two hours in the redwood forests of Oakland's hills with our dog Keba. The personal challenges we've been struggling with didn't go away in the woods. But our relationship to those challenges shifted just enough to disentangle them from our hearts. We felt like we could breathe again.

And with a bit more space, we could see new ways forward in addressing and accepting those challenges.

At Regenerous, we remind our clients that they don't have to solve everything alone. When they let the wisdom and spaciousness of nature help them, they're capable of so much more.
